Crista has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 2008. She spent 11 years practicing Orthopedic Surgery until transitioning into medical aesthetics in 2013. With a deep understanding of the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, she has built this portion of her career around helping patients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Her approach combines a passion for artistry with a commitment to safety and results. Crista has Louisiana roots and graduated PA school from LSUHSC Shreveport.
She has been married to her husband, Brian, for 20 years and they have 2 children.
Crista is excited to bring cutting edge aesthetic treatments and personalized care to the Tulsa community.

A certified Physician Assistant who spent over a decade in the ER. Along the way, she gained a passion for medical aesthetics with Crista Hobbs. They have owned, operated, and grown Revitalize Medical Spa since 2014. Lindsay has a particular interest in empowering women and building their self-confidence. Lindsay has been married to her husband, Josh since 2006. They have a full house and full hearts with 7 children. The Blankenship family is originally from Tulsa, moved to Alamosa, Colorado in 2015 for Josh’s college football coaching career; to build Revitalize Medical spa-Alamosa, and to complete their family with 3 more children. They are ecstatic to be back “home” and infiltrate the Broken Arrow community!

Miranda Hunter is a board-certified Aesthetician and is also a certified acne specialist. Miranda graduated from Clary Sage and has 7+ years of experience. Her favorite part about being in this industry is making clients feel better and more confident in their own skin. When she is not with a client, she loves to further extend her education in the skincare world to keep everyone up to date on the latest trends and treatments – she could literally talk skincare products and regimens for hours. Miranda is married to Taylor and they have three boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events.

Andrea has been a registered nurse for 15 years. Nursing is truly a passion of hers and she loves helping people. Her nursing background includes ICU, Cath Lab and sales/marketing. She currently resides in Bixby and has a 17-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son. She enjoys attending concerts on a regular basis and supporting her kids at their sporting events. Andrea has been providing IV hydration at Revitalize since 2021 and is excited to add nurse injector to her resume.

Maissa is a board-certified Physician Assistant from the University of Oklahoma. She has been practicing medicine since 2020 and has been working in the orthopedic surgery field. She is thrilled to merge her surgical talents with her passion for aesthetics to Revitalize and her patients. Her aim is to boost her patients confidence inside and out with Revitalize’s array of treatments. Maissa is looking forward to tailoring the best treatment plan based on your aesthetic goals.

Georgia is a registered nurse who graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University. She has been nursing in critical care for 6 years and doing aesthetic injecting in Scottsdale Arizona for the last three years. She specializes in anatomically correct, natural aesthetics. Her goal is to give her patients beautiful facial balancing rejuvenation, that allows them to feel their most confident. She has had extensive, advanced training in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, biostimulators, PDO threads and Platelet Rich Plasma treatments as well as being laser certified. In her free time, she loves all things outdoors, riding her horse Caesar and spending time with her hubby and their dogs.

Cassy is a Medical Assistant who rotates between our South Tulsa and Broken Arrow Locations. She works closely with Crista and Lindsay, providing assistance in both health and aesthetic treatments. Cassy graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Health Care Administration at Oklahoma State University. She plans to attend Physician Assistant school in the near future.

Cassy loves helping patients feel their best and is always excited to be apart of our patients journeys. Her favorite part about the job is seeing patients grow in confidence, from the inside out.

Aimee is the owner and artist at Tulsa Brow Bar that is housed inside Revitalize Medical Spa! She offers all permanent makeup including eyebrows, eye liner, lip blushing and 3D areola tattoo! She is passionate about this industry and is constantly seeking education to perfect her craft. She is very meticulous in her work and strives to make each client feel their best. She has been in the beauty service industry for over 13 years starting as a cosmetology and makeup artist to now a permanent makeup artist. She has performed over 3000 procedures to date and over 480 hours of education. To say she is a little obsessed with what this industry can bring for so many is an understatement. Niki Branstetter has been a licensed massage therapist in the Tulsa area since 2018. She is located inside Revitalize Medical Spa in South Tulsa! Niki specializes in a variety of techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping Therapy, and Prenatal. Niki has a passion for helping people feel better, and she believes the benefits of receiving consistent massages are endless…Stress relief, improved anxiety, better sleep, relaxation, relieve depression, help with tension, muscle & joint pain relief, improve circulation, and so much more!! Niki has been married for 28 years and has 2 children. In her free time, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family or traveling the world.

Alexa Dunn is a Registered Nurse and licensed cosmetologist who is passionate about helping others embrace their confidence and beauty. She comes from a family of nurses and graduated with her BSN in 2014. Alexa is a SLV native and loves serving others in her community. Kaitlyn has been a nurse for 11 years and obtained her RN from Trinidad State and her BSN from Grand Canyon University. She was born and raised in the valley and loves being able to raise her family where she grew up. She is the school nurse at Sangre de Cristo Schools and also works part time in the Emergency Room for the last 10 years. Aesthetic nursing has become a passion and a dream career for Kaitlyn. She loves helping our patients to feel confident and beautiful through the many treatments and services we offer at Revitalize.

Angie is a board-certified nurse practitioner who has been practicing in the emergency room in Alamosa for the last four years. She obtained her BSN at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and her Master’s at CSU-Pueblo. She grew up in Texas but has lived in Colorado for the last twelve years and in Alamosa for the last eight years. She is excited to serve the community at Revitalize Medical and to help you feel confident in your skin. Angie and her husband have three daughters, a dog, two cats, and multiple pet rabbits. When she isn’t working at the spa or in the ER, she is busy trying to keep up with her two toddlers or maybe out for a run.

Cary Mitchell is the Administrative assistant to the Revitalize Alamosa Location. She is a long time resident of the San Luis Valley and feels blessed to be a part of such a unique incredible community. She is the wife of a local 3rd generation farmer and has raised two daughters, Hannah and Sadie. Cary wants to create a space where everyone who walks through the door feels welcome and comfortable. Her ultimate goal is to make sure every client has a personal, pampered, and relaxing experience.

Tish Caton is an Administrative Assistant at our Alamosa Location. She was born and raised in the San Luis Valley, moved away for 20 years, then came back home. She and her husband have 8 children, 3 of which are married and 6 grandchildren. She is passionate about helping others be the very best version of themselves that they can be. She loves with her whole heart and wants to serve the community with excellent customer service, joy and happiness. She loves to be outside with her grandbabies and her horses.
