We offer 3 convenient locations to serve our patients. In Oklahoma,you will find our Jenks location that was recently built and offers top of the line amenities including a beautiful waiting room with free water bottles and candy/chocolates while you wait for your service. We moved into our Jenks location from our original South Tulsa location, as we needed more space. Revitalize Medical Spa built and owns our new bougie building in Jenks that serves our patients beautifully  Crista Hobbs, PA-C and one of our owners is primarily at our Jenks location serving patients.  In our Jenks location, you will also find Miranda Hunter, our office manager of the entire Revitalize Medical Spa entity.  Jenks is typically a 15 minute drive on the southwest side of Tulsa making it even more convenient to those Tulsa patients looking for a top of the line med spa located in Jenks. When you walk into the Jenks spa, you will be welcomed with smiling faces, sweet aromas and music to help elevate your time at our Jenks office. There are 3 bathrooms available at this location  along with a massage therapist and a permanent make up artist. Jenks is known for its wonderful schools and low crime rate. Downtown Jenks is booming and Main Street in Jenks is known for its small town antiques, balanced with its modern restaurants and shopping.  The drive along where Revitalize Jenks is located is beautiful and just minutes from the Arkansas river. Across the street you will find Waterfront Grill that a lot of the girls at Revitalize like to frequent for their fresh options and decent prices. Further down the road you will find the Jenks Aquarium that is a popular attraction for Jenks and all around Oklahoma. In the fall you will love the scenery surrounding the Jenks office as the leaves fall and the crisp, white elegant decor of the Jenks office stands out against a picturesque background. You won’t be disappointed when you schedule at our Jenks office. In front of the Jenks office, you will find winding walking trails that line the streets and the Arkansas River.  After your morning jog, head over to Revitalize in Jenks to get the glow you have dreamed of. Broken Arrow is known for being one of the safest cities in the US and we know why. Right outside of Revitalize Broken Arrow, you can find the best places to eat along main street. Next door you will find Mexican Maya restaurant and Pho Bo Vietnamese cuisine. We are nestled on the bottom floor of the Brio at The Rose Apartments. If convenience is your objective, don’t miss Revitalize Medical Spa in Broken Arrow. Main Street in Broken Arrow is considered The Rose District.  The Rose District  is filled with cafes and eating options including Laurannae, District Burger, Bramble, Andolinis, Blue Fin sushi, Cheri Ann’s trattoria, Dos Bandidos, Main Street Tavern, Rustic Chophouse, Rib Crib, Shaky Jakes, The Lodge on Main, The Rooftop, and Waters Edge Winery. It’s a rural town in southern Colorado, just 30 miles from the New Mexico border.  Alamosa is mostly known for its potato farming and small university, Adams State University.  Lindsay Blankenship, PA-C, and co-owner of Revitalize Medical Spa, moved to Alamosa, Colorado in 2015 following her husband’s job as a football coach.  He initially was offensive coordinator for Adams State University, and later was promoted to their head football coach.  During their 6 years in Alamosa, Lindsay opened the first brick and mortar location for Revitalize Medical Spa, as prior to this, the business was a traveling operation and just hosted parties and appointments at other facilities.  The original Revitalize Medical Spa was in a small, one room space that is now a rolled ice cream shop.  At that time, Lindsay was the sole employee as the provider, receptionist and manager of that location.  Our second brick and mortar location quickly followed in South Tulsa, where Crista Hobbs also functioned as the sole employee, managing that location as a single provider.  Obviously, Revitalize Medical Spa in Alamosa quickly outgrew the small space and moved into the building it is in now in 2019.  This building on Main street is a historical bank, rich in history.  The building has 3 vaults that now function as patient rooms and a storage room.  Our Alamosa building is registered to the historical society and we value the history and tradition it contains.  The medical spa in Alamosa is quaint, professional, and offers all of our services from experienced providers in the utmost professional manner.  Alamosa is also well known for its larger than life sand dunes, and beautiful rivers like the Rio Grande are a beautiful scenic destination for adventurers. Revitalize Alamosa lies nestled in the middle of all this scenery on Main street. Situated in an old, once Bank, the architecture and history in the Alamosa Revitalize location is worth visiting. Once you enter the doors, you will be greeted with friendly smiling faces that are willing, able and eager to make you feel better!
