Standard memberships are $100/mo that goes toward credit for services. Additional benefit of 10% off all services.

Deluxe Memberships

Deluxe Memberships are $150/mo that goes toward credit for services. Additional benefit of 15% off all services.

All memberships last a minimum of 1 year and help patients with a consistent monthly charge to use for frequent lower cost services, or to save up for higher cost services.
